Same problem for me. When I try to download OCC5.1, I get the following error message:
500 Internal Server Error

We are currently analyzing it and doing our best to solve it promptly.
Though we did not found a precise reason yet, it is possible that the
problem may be caused by high traffic usually encountered during first
days after announcement (or maybe other problems with third-party
service providers). It is important to say that some hundreds users have
already successfully registered and downloaded the version.
We advise you either to keep trying downloading (perhaps from another
workstation or a browser) or do this in a few hours or days.
If you fail to enter a registration form twice (or more times) please send a
mail to webmaster@opencascade.com for analysis. Those of
you who prefer CD's please visit our web store at

I've already installed OC. 5.1 and tryed to build an old project, which was functioning well with V 5.0. I'm getting a linking problem due to the Class BRepAlgoAPI_Common.hxx.
The error mesage is:
error LNK2001: Nichtaufgeloestes externes Symbol "public: __thiscall Handle_BOP_HistoryCollector::~Handle_BOP_HistoryCollector(void)" (??1Handle_BOP_HistoryCollector@@QAE@XZ)
Is it a new bug in V. 5.1?

No bug,
you have to add TKBO.lib to your project settings.
