How OCC shape to STL conversion works

How OCC shape to STL conversion works

Dear All,

I am successful to import IGES file and exporting STL file. My question is how OCC treats different curvature of surfaces to export STL file. Is there a way to edit to get better continuity and smoothness of surface exported to STL file. I couldn't find any documentation regarding this issue. Waiting ur help
