Dear Liang Quan,
There are a set of ready to use samples (with solutions for Visual Studio 2008) in Open CASCADE 6.5.x (see
'OpenCaCade6.5.x\samples' sub-directory) which can be used for learning or prototyping.
Wizards are not presented at the moment.
