While building OCT 6.5.0 , the following error shows up. Please help

Error     1     error TRK0005: Failed to locate: "CL.exe". The system cannot find the file specified.     C:\OpenCASCADE6.5.0\samples\mfc\mfcsample\adm\win\vc8\TRACKER     mfcsample
