Can I download precompiled libraries for visual studio 2008 (32bit and 64bit)? If so, where can I find a link to that files?
Or must I rebuilt the complete OCCT-Project?

Hi Daniel,
The official release of OCCT for Windows contains libraries built with VC++ 2005 (win32).
See the paragraph "Supported Platforms and Pre-requisites" from the recent Release Notes.
