Does anyone have the 3rd party dlls for 64 bit windows? (or even better the libraries and dlls for opencascade in 64 bit)

The OCE team provides what you're looking for (see http://www.opencascade.org/org/forum/thread_20797/). For your information, OCE does not introduce any change in the OCC API, and is fully binary compliant with OCC6.5.0.
