Unfortunately the email services you use often consider mails sent from OPEN CASCADE as junk.
We advise you to check your junk folders - perhaps our replies simply went there.
For your information:
1) A request from <redteam316@gmail.com> was received on February 4, 2010, and the reply Subj.: "Re: [OPEN CASCADE contact form]: About support services" was sent back the same date.
2) We never received any requests from <xihongshidelove666@163.com>
