For complicated topology it is desirable to apply manifold sewing first, and then apply non manifold sewing should be called with a minimum possible working tolerance.
however, this is not necessary for easy topology. Giving a large tolerance value to non manifold sewing will cause a lot of incorrectness since all nearby geometry will be sewed.
